  Due to their own processing technology or cost considerations, some stone processing factories did not grind the stone to meet the contract standards or the required gloss, so they used varnish, wax, and light film methods to increase the stone slabs.   For black gall spots of stone, it is generally treated with strong oxidants, which is the same in most factories. However, there is a difference between good quality factories and poor quality factories. A good quality factory will process after rough grinding, then rinse it without leaving any oxidant residue, and then perform fine grinding. For factories with poor quality control, they are polished first, and then processed after picking out defective stones such as black gall slabs when inspecting the goods. Apply strong oxidizers on site and rinse them on site to dispose of the stone slabs. Basically, it will be accepted by quality inspection.

  In fact, this is also problematic. First of all, because the polished board is corroded by strong acid or alkali, the surface of the board is damaged and the gloss is reduced. Secondly, when the strong oxidant is washed on the spot, it is necessary to rush to pack it, which will cause the strong acid or alkali on the stone plate to be unclean, and the residual strong oxidant will continue to undergo oxidation reaction, causing problems such as color difference and whitening to damage the board surface. Moreover, due to being washed by water, these strong oxidants will flow to other places and cause secondary pollution. The pollution range is often much larger than the place where it is applied.

  4、Stone with holes on the board

  Some manufacturers use wax to repair. This is very unsafe. The correct way to repair is not wax but epoxy resin with the same or similar color as the stone surface. Use wax to repair the holes. Once the wax falls halfway or melts due to factors such as sun exposure, high temperature environment enclosed in the container, or fumigation, the holes will still appear at the end. Originally, the board surface was very good when the goods were inspected. But when it came to the customer, there were holes in the board.
